Born and raised in Kansas, Kim lived in Germany twice, totaling 7 years. Upon graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State University, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee.  There, she attended Cumberland University and earned a Master’s Degree in Education, after which she spent over two decades educating young children as an elementary school teacher. Kim honed her skills in communication and interpersonal relations, giving her a unique insight into how to look for creative ways to assist buyers and sellers with listing their homes or searching for their first or next home. 

During her 21-year stint in Nashville, Kim assisted her partner, a Broker, in managing real estate and rental properties. Despite not holding a real estate license at the time, she gained invaluable experience in the industry. Her love for Destin blossomed through frequent visits with her partner, eventually leading her to relocate there full-time and obtain her real estate license in Florida.
