These are all red-flag indicators indicating a potentially corrupt Kansas City family court, and ongoing for a very long time. The violations of civil rights by Kansas court officials by an intent if discovered are going to cause big waves across the nation’s judiciaries.

Both lawsuits have gained attention from various local and nationwide media outlets and online discussions about KS fairness and integrity of the Kansas court system are why the judiciary is going to want to address that problem quickly.   The ‘Kansas Dad’ as coined by AbusiveDiscretion.com, is Matthew Aaron Escalante, and father to two Gardner KS girls aged 14 and 8.  The first pro se federal complaint filing Doc #1 of Escalante v Judge Burmaster is describes a support for the conspiracy, that allegedly can be seen on the un-constitutional face of a fraudulent protective order from July 08, 2022, formed against him.  The Department of Justice’s entry and involvement in the case, 48 hours ago, is not looking good for the judge.  The DOJ represents Civil Rights as an Intervenor – United States of America.

The father reported that he had not seen his children since the time of the fraud protective issue and that he just spent the last 16 months learning the federal codes and how to undermine a conspiracy built up against him.

Federal summons from the Kansas Magistrate shows served onto Judge Paul Burmaster on November 2, 2023. Well done, lad.
