Kansas City, Kansas – In an unprecedented amount of civil rights violations disclosures, a pro se father has initiated federal summons onto a Johnson County district family court judge Paul Will Burmaster and two officers of the county court to appear in the United States Civil Court in District of Kansas. There are 2 federal lawsuits alleging a conspiracy to interfere with the civil rights of the father’s daughters, next to his.
