The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) conducted a two-year investigation into the allegations, concluding that there was reasonable cause to believe all of Doe’s claims. The EEOC also found evidence of wider sex discrimination, including sexual harassment and retaliation for engaging in protected activity, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, within Sprouts’ District 52 stores since at least August 2019.
