The Lavistyle Mr./Miss/Mrs. India 2023 show was choreographed by Abhi Sharma and Disha Karmakar. The show was inaugurated by Krishna Mani Pandey, Satish Verma, Swaroop Gupta, Viren Singh, and Prince as the show openers while the showstoppers were Smarty Pandey, Dr. Rabiaah Bhatia, Heena Verma, Smriti Venu, and Esha Chopra. The judges of the show were Sarthak Chaudhary (Celebrity Judge), Pragya Pandey (Jury), and Disha Karmakar (Jury).

The winners of the competition were Himanshu Rawat, Lovely Rajan, and Deepali Meena, while Aditya, Shalu Singh, and Lokeshwari Lodhi were named first runners-up, and Jitendra, Khushboo Yadav, and Simran were named second runners-up. Additionally, Krishna Mani Pandey was announced as the new brand ambassador and was congratulated by senior brand ambassadors Pragya Pandey, Dhruv Sharma, and Navodit Raman. The makeup artist partners of the show were Akransh Makeover, and the costume designer partners were Salim Bhaijaan and Bhanupriya.
