Board certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, Dr. Hartley is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and an active member of prestigious medical societies such as the North American Spine Society and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
Aside from his professional accomplishments, Dr. Hartley is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys activities such as ATV riding, playing volleyball, camping, jet skiing, and boating.
