MPL 10 to support education of the children of construction labourers as part of CSR initiatives

The pre-launch event, graced by the presence of Mansi Taxak, Model and Bollywood actress, showcased the unveiling of the MPL winning trophy and the jerseys of all 8 participating teams. The event was attended by all the key members of the association.

The event is organized under the stewardship of Shri Shailesh Sanghvi, MPL Convener. The initial matches of MPL 10 were played amongst 8 teams, from February 23rd to February 25th, 2024 in Mumbai, while the grand finale of MPL 10 is scheduled from March 7th to March 10th, 2024, and will be held in Dubai.
CREDAI-MCHI has been undertaking CSR initiatives for the betterment of the life of the construction workers. MPL 10 is especially aimed at supporting the education of the children of construction laborers.

MPL 10 has evolved beyond a mere sporting event; it has become a beacon of hope for the marginalized workers who contribute to the sector majorly.”
Shailesh Sanghvi, MPL Convener said, “For the first time in the history of CREDAI MCHI, MCHI Premier League will be played on international grounds. It’s a matter of pride for us as this CSR initiative by CREDAI-MCHI seeks to raise approximately INR 10 million to fund the educational aspirations of these deserving children, empowering them with knowledge and skills for a brighter future.”
MPL 10 tournament league matches and semis were played at the Police Gymkhana ground, Marine Drive. The day and night tournaments were played by eight teams, representing Ragahv Royals, Narang Superkings, Dosti Gladiators, Raymond Royals, Kandhari Kings, Mighty Rustomites, Lalani Warriors, MJ Shah and Hubtown Stallions. The final match between the Mighty Rustomites and the Kandhari Kings is scheduled to be played in Dubai from the 7th to the 10th of March.
