When he and his wife decided to build a home together, they purchased land and meticulously crafted their dream home from the ground up. As their family expanded, their custom-built house proved insufficient, prompting them to take on the challenge of renovating an older property. Countless hours were spent on tasks like flooring installation and interior wall construction, ultimately transforming their latest investment into their forever home.
Tomas’ fascination with the real estate industry led him to explore the rental housing market in Asheville. Consequently, he gained valuable experience as a property manager, overseeing both market rates and affordable housing units.
Drawing on his background as a former teacher, Tomas finds joy in educating his clients, prioritizing their trust and comfort throughout the real estate process.
