More on Isstories:

Madison, of the Adduci Blackwood Group, is a highly accomplished real estate agent known for her dedication, integrity, and exceptional service. She is affiliated with Baird & Warner, operating in Orland Park, Illinois.

Her passion for real estate was sparked by her mother, Susan Adduci, who is also a real estate agent with Baird & Warner. Growing up surrounded by the industry, her mother encouraged her to pursue her dreams and obtain her license.

Now working alongside one another, the mother-daughter duo consider themselves equal partners. “We truly believe that treating people right and communicating with them along the way is a recipe for success,” they say.

When it comes to the significant decision of buying or selling a home, Madison understands the importance of working alongside a professional who will advocate for their clients and maintain open lines of communication throughout the entire process.

With a lifelong residency in the suburbs, she is well-versed in the numerous advantages these communities have to offer. While her primary focus lies in the New Lenox, Mokena, Frankfort, Homewood, Flossmoor, and Manhattan areas, she is more than willing to assist clients anywhere in the Chicagoland region and nationwide.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, and Advertising from the University of St. Francis, as well as a Master’s degree in Communication from Northwestern University, Madison has honed her skills in marketing and managing social media platforms for various companies. This expertise allows her to effectively market homes and secure successful sales, while also facilitating clear communication and skillful negotiation throughout the process.

Her exceptional achievements in the real estate industry speak for themselves, as Madison has been ranked in the top 1.5% nationwide by Tom Ferry & Real Trends for 2022, out of over 6 million licensed agents worldwide. She has also been nominated for the prestigious Chicago Agent Magazine Who’s Who in 2020-2023, with consistent nominations each year.

With her true calling laying in real estate, Madison attributes her success to her emphasis on building strong relationships with clients, treating them as if they were family, and never pressuring them into making hasty decisions. As a result, the majority of her business stems from referrals, as satisfied clients continue to entrust her with their real estate needs – whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

When not assisting clients in finding their perfect home, Madison enjoys photography and playing softball. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and three daughters. They have 2 dogs and enjoy spending time outdoors.
