Equipped with certifications, Mingana is designated as a Certified New Home Co-Broker, a Certified Licensed Leasing Agent, and as a Certified Specialist of Fair Housing. She is also a member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors, and the Florida Association of Realtors.
Driven by her love for helping people, Mingana desires to help them achieve their goals. She is able to fulfill her own dreams and live as her true self at all times, helping others and doing what she loves.
