More on Isstories:

Specializing in residential real estate and land transactions for both buyers and sellers, Kristina possesses extensive expertise in new construction, land acquisition, custom home building, and resale. Notably, she and her husband, Joe, own a Home Building Company called Story Homes, LLC where they build residential homes in the price ranges of $370,000- $700,000 in Bennington, Gretna, Bellevue, Papillion, and Elkhorn. In addition, Kristina is a partner in YDC, LLC a Land Development Company where they develop residential communities and sell home sites.

“I am happy to help with any purchase big or small, they all mean the same thing to me, seeing people putting a home investment at the top of their list for future financial freedom is what it’s all about. Real Estate is an amazing career and I enjoy training new agents to see their true potential. You have to put in the work but the work is worth it!”

Kristina’s introduction to real estate began at an early age, as her family owned a local Residential Land Development Company, a Title and Escrow Company, and a Home Building Company. Inspired by this background, she ventured into a real estate career immediately after graduating from high school.

Keen to acquire extensive knowledge, Kristina immersed herself in various facets of the industry, encompassing the sale of homesites, new construction homes, existing homes, title company responsibilities, and overseeing the inventory sales of over 20 area neighborhoods.

Her commitment to ongoing education remains steadfast, actively engaging with podcasts, webinars, and drawing inspiration from esteemed mentors who have paved the way in real estate. Kristina credits her success to the guiding philosophy of “Building Relationships that Last” with her clients. Her approach involves treating everyone equitably, providing education, and diligently working towards achieving their goals.

Kristina’s accomplishments have garnered recognition, with her featured on the cover of Real Producers Magazine in February 2019. Furthermore, her company, Story Homes Omaha, received acknowledgment in the same magazine in 2022.

In addition to her individual achievements, Kristina has consistently served as the Team Lead and a Top Producer in volume and production with the Infinity Home Team for an impressive ten consecutive years.

Beyond her involvement in real estate, Kristina finds joy in traveling, Disney, playing baseball, and cheerleading. A loving mother of three, she is actively engaged in her children’s sports activities and contributes to the booster club supporting their education. She also has a furbaby named “Bayley” who is often displayed across her social media and brings so much joy to her life.
