The announcement comes as Spalter moves to reclaim a catalog of over 250 unreleased works from Warner Chappell under Paragraph 3.3 of his legacy agreements, citing a strategic pivot toward the new WMG/Suno AI landscape. Spalter is currently aligning the project with major Hollywood power-centers, including Hallwood Media, to serve the high-end film, television, and integrated branding markets.
