This acquisition of the Korean VC firm is seen as a strategic move to connect the Korean venture capital market with global capital.
ECRUX Venture Partners is a specialized venture capital firm that manages five funds, including four funded by the Korean government’s Mother Fund, totaling approximately KRW 66.5 billion. Its investment experience and deep understanding of the industry span deep tech companies, agri-food ventures, and the cultural content industry.
