Founded by U.S. Navy veteran Calvin Hill, the Mr. & Ms. Military initiative was created to showcase and celebrate the accomplishments of military veterans. As the organization has grown, so has its vision. Beginning with the March 28, 2026 event in Pasadena, California, the showcase will emphasize leadership recognition, community impact, and veteran storytelling, while laying the groundwork for a national platform expanding in the coming years.

The Mr. & Ms. Military Leadership Showcase will feature selected Featured Veteran Leaders – individuals from across the nation and around the world recognized for their service, leadership, and continued contributions to their communities. The event is not structured as a competition, but as a recognition experience designed to elevate veteran voices and foster meaningful community connections.

The Pasadena showcase also serves as a pilot event, supporting the organization’s longer-term vision to expand into a year-round veteran leadership and media platform by 2027. This expansion will include enhanced storytelling, community engagement, and partnerships with mission-aligned organizations committed to serving veterans and military families.
