Founded by Matt and Buffy Payne, Outer Circle Foundation was created to address critical gaps in care for those who serve, particularly in the areas of PTSD, suicide prevention, and life after service. Every program offered by Outer Circle is informed by lived experience and tested through real-world application.

As Outer Circle enters the new year, the newly appointed board will help guide the Foundation’s strategic priorities in 2026 and beyond, strengthening its ability to serve veterans and first responders nationwide.
