Dr. Twu’s academic credentials are impressive. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UCLA, a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Samra University, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Having completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, she is also trained in minimally invasive surgery, including Da Vinci robotic-assisted surgeries.
Dr. Twu began her medical career at Providence Health & Services in Burbank, California, serving at both Burbank Women’s Health Center and Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Before founding Wellness OBGYN, she honed her expertise at Hawaii Pacific Health, working at Kapiolani Women’s Center and Straub Clinic and Hospital, gaining extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecologic surgery. Over the years, she has earned a reputation for her attentive bedside manner, clinical excellence, and dedication to educating women about their health options.
As a recognized Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists (FACOOG) and a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG), Dr. Twu is committed to lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of advancements in women’s healthcare.
