Conrad earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from West Coast University, completing over 500 clinical hours across various settings including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient behavioral health, and telepsychiatry.
