However, after an injury cut short his golfing ambitions, he and his wife bought and operated two country clubs in New York. In 2012, they returned to Florida, where they launched Golf Carts of Vero Beach, successfully growing the business until its sale in 2019, which allowed Tim to finally follow his lifelong dream of becoming a Realtor®.
