Graduating from Wichita State University in 1977, Ted began his illustrious career as a broker with Branson & Associates (B&A), Inc., a family-owned firm where he collaborated closely with his father, the late Robert “Bob” Branson. After Bob’s passing in 2002, Ted transitioned to Coldwell Banker Commercial (Stucky & Associates), where he opened the Wichita office and expanded operations despite facing a challenging market environment.
In 2009, Ted’s dedication and perseverance paved the way for a transformative partnership with Landmark’s Brad Saville, resulting in the establishment of Landmark’s Industrial Division. This strategic move marked a significant expansion for Landmark, enabling the firm to offer comprehensive services in commercial, industrial, development, investment, and property management brokerage.
