The visit represented a significant step towards strengthening global research and innovation collaborations between Indian academia and European institutions.
Dr. Ramya Ganesan, Dr. Roopa Muralidhar, Dr. Padmavathi Baskaran, and Dr. Shunmugathammal Muthusamy are pursuing their Post Doctoral Fellowship at Casimir Pulaski Radom University, Poland, guided and supervised by Dr. Hab. Eng. Jerzy Ryszard Szymanski, Dr.Marta Zurek-Mortka, and Dr. Mithileysh Sathiyanarayanan. The researchers are engaged in advanced interdisciplinary research, collaborative teaching, and strategic innovation discussions. The researchers were welcomed by Prof. Dr. Hab. Tomasz Maciej Perzyski, Dean of the Faculty of Transport, Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. During their visit, they also participated in academic networking sessions and institutional visits in Sweden, aimed at fostering partnerships in science, engineering, and sustainable innovation.
The Faculty Abroad Programme, led by MIT Square, was designed to empower Indian educators and researchers through international exposure, skill enhancement, and global collaboration.
