The MoU, facilitated by APR, sets a framework for collaboration in live e-commerce training, digital entrepreneurship, vocational skills certification, and faculty-student exchanges, with the aim of positioning Selangor as a regional hub for digital trade and women innovation talent.

Strengthening TVET and Women Empowerment
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohammad Nazri bin Noh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, STDC, and Dr. Harizal bin Hamid, Acting CEO of STDC, who reaffirmed Selangor’s commitment to advancing its TVET ecosystem through international collaboration.
The partnership will boost Malaysia’s capabilities in live e-commerce, cross-border trade, and digital entrepreneurship, creating opportunities for women and youth in the digital economy.

Founded in 1981, GDWP is the only public women’s vocational college in South China, with more than 9,400 students across nearly 30 programs. The institution is a provincial model for vocational education and a pioneer in women-focused technical training and entrepreneurship.
