Traci’s journey in healthcare began at Saddleback College, where she earned her Associate of Science in Registered Nursing in 2008. Traci was the first Saddleback alumnus elected as a representative on the  National Student Nursing Association Board (NSNA). She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2015. Her professional excellence has been recognized through numerous accolades, including induction into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (2016), National Deans List every year during academics in all years 2006-2016, Clinical Leader of the Year, Multiple Regional Awards for Top Account Manager, Top Sales Representative National Accounts, Core Value Awards for Accountability, Service Excellence, Integrity (1995-2007) and the prestigious Daisy Nurse Leader Award from DaVita’s Gold Coast Division (2023), which honored her exemplary leadership and the positive impact she has made on her colleagues, patients, and the community at large. 

In her latest role as Chief Medical Programs Officer, Traci oversees clinical programs and patient safety initiatives at Fresh Start Surgical Gifts. Her leadership portfolio of experience includes management of multi-million-dollar programs in kidney care, women’s health, emergency medicine, and neonatal services.  In all of these pursuits, she has consistently championed patient safety, equity, and strong, resilient teams and record-breaking organizational growth.
