TTC Subway Station Renovations
True North is leveraging advanced 3D scanning and modeling technology to support renovations at Toronto’s Union, Warden, and Lawrence subway stations. Working with custom metal manufacturers and installers, the team is providing accurate measurements for railing and cladding fabrication and installation, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of these critical transit hubs.
Drury Lane Pedestrian Bridge, Lakeshore West Line
In partnership with General Contractor EllisDon and owner Metrolinx, True North has completed as-built measurements of the Drury Lane Pedestrian Bridge’s foundation, including anchor bolts. The team also conducted 3D scanning and modeling of the North and South ramps to support custom railing fabrication and installation, ensuring structural integrity and precision.
Costco Depot Vaughan Expansion
True North continues its long-standing partnership with Peak Construction at the Costco Depot in Vaughan. Following successful projects in 2020 (Costco Niagara), 2021 (195,000 ft² warehouse addition), and 2023 (Cream Yeast Silo addition), True North is now supporting a 491,000 ft² expansion in 2025. Services include project control point setup and monitoring, miscellaneous sitework layout, and as-built documentation of the existing building and new foundation.
