Caley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico and further advanced her education by graduating summa cum laude from New Mexico State University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice. As a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and honoree of the Graduate Student Excellence Award for top leadership, clinical expertise, and excellence in advancing nursing practice, she has demonstrated exceptional academic achievement and a commitment to nursing excellence. Currently, she is working on publishing her doctoral dissertation, “Urinary Incontinence Screening Implementation Among Women Veterans: A Quality Improvement Project,” contributing to the body of knowledge in nursing practice.
With over eight years of nursing experience in emergency and trauma settings, Caley brings a wealth of knowledge to the National Sinus Institute. She has served as both an emergency room charge nurse and a critical care step-down nurse manager, providing high-quality care to New Mexico’s Veterans. Her advanced practice clinical rotations included specialized training in emergency care, urgent care, primary care, and allergy/ENT specialty care, equipping her with a diverse skill set to address complex patient needs.
At the National Sinus Institute, Caley is excited to develop trusting relationships with her patients, understanding that such connections are vital for promoting overall health. Her approach to care emphasizes the importance of addressing the physical, emotional, and social aspects of health, ensuring that each patient feels valued and understood.
