Ms. Hays is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both New York and Virginia and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. A recognized thought leader in public practice, she holds degrees in Accounting & Finance and Sociology & Anthropology, along with a Master of Science in Taxation.
