The purchase comes amid a surge in demand for the 3 on 6 treatment in the U.S. and a proliferation of providers nationwide. Smile Systems will initially occupy half of the building, with plans to expand to the full space as operations scale. The headquarters will accommodate approximately 30 employees at launch, with significant job growth expected over the next several years.
“It’s an exciting time for Smile Systems, and we’re happy that the 3 on 6 treatment is gaining in acceptance and popularity throughout the country and even the world,” said John Roberts, founder and CEO of Smile Systems. “Our new facilities will help us to grow into the future, as we look to expand into more markets where people are looking for the 3 on 6.”
Founded in 2019, Smile Systems was created to meet growing demand from dentists seeking advanced training and support for the 3 on 6 and other state-of-the-art dental restoration procedures. The company’s mission is to restore confidence by delivering the healthiest, most natural dental restorations possible–designed to preserve smiles, health, and quality of life.
The decision to locate in American Fork reflects Utah County’s consistent economic growth, strong talent pool, and strategic location. Situated near Interstate 15 in the Silicon Slopes tech corridor, the facility offers convenient access for employees and opportunities for collaboration with other innovative companies.
