Shawn earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Indian River State College in 1996 and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Nova Southeastern University in 2013. Throughout her career, Martin has specialized in hospice and palliative care, with a focus on improving the quality of life for her patients, while supporting families going through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Her professional journey–from hands-on caregiver to clinical leadership–she demonstrates a deep-rooted passion for delivering end of life care.
