(Isstories Editorial):- Buffalo, New York Jul 15, 2025 (Issuewire.com) – TechRyde is marking a major milestone this week as it turned nine years old. The journey officially began with Nando’s, at Connaught Place an early use case that helped shape the company’s approach to the restaurant operations revolution. That first success in India led to wider adoption, including rollouts for hotel groups like Marriott, Hyatt Regency, Accor Hotels, and Park Plaza, among others. Each partnership added something new to the learning curve and helped build the foundation for international expansion.
Since those early days, TechRyde has steadily expanded internationally. The company then set up offices in U.S, India, and the headquarter office Canada. And along the way, it began working with some of the biggest names in the industry — Pizza Hut (supporting 700+ stores), Starbucks (enabling the setup of 500+ locations), DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and Oracle Micros to just name a few partners and clients.
Beyond its Western presence in US, UK and beyond, TechRyde also expanded across Southeast Asia, with operations in Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Bangladesh.
To further connect with industry leaders and decision-makers, TechRyde has also been showcasing active participation in key trade shows including the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show and RC Show Canada.
Furthermore, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many businesses struggled to adapt, TechRyde shifted focus to help restaurants meet new demands. The company’s online ordering platform, along with POS integrations solutions, became essential tools for operators navigating a new kind of normal.
Reflecting on the anniversary, Sandeep Mahal, TechRyde’s founder and CEO, shared his thoughts:
“We weren’t chasing trends. We were creating real solutions. Our mission is simple: help restaurants adopt technology that actually solves problems. Global expansion was never the goal — it is the result of staying true to solving real needs.”
As TechRyde steps into its tenth year, the company says it will continue building on its core mission – delivering smart, scalable, and practical solutions to the hospitality industry around the world, no matter their size or format.
