Dr Singh-Rose holds a DNP, MSN, MBA, and has an active FNP license. She held senior leadership roles overseeing nursing units, hospital departments, and clinical program development. She also teaches as a professor at the university and Private colleges in Broward County. This is her way of sharing her knowledge and giving back to her community. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives in operational efficiency, workforce development, and quality improvement, improving patient safety, nurse satisfaction, and interdisciplinary collaboration across complex care environments.

At Broward Health Network, Dr Singh-Rose is known for her visionary leadership style, commitment to staff mentorship, and focus on data-driven results. The organization mentors young adults pursuing healthcare careers and supports women in life transition, offering spiritual mentorship, skill development, and job readiness programs focused on healthcare entry.

She also serves and volunteers under the leadership of Church Without Walls International Ministry. Through this ministry, she has been spiritually nurtured, trained, and mentored to be a steward and servant leader in her community. Currently, she has established a not-for-profit organization, Pearls-Elite International Ministries, where she travels locally and internationally to deliver medical and home care services and spiritual guidance. Her work integrates medical outreach, health education, and holistic health and wellness.

Looking ahead, Dr Sing-Rose plans to launch a nurse leadership academy, expand telehealth nursing models, and introduce community-focused care initiatives aimed at enhancing access and education.
