This strategic expansion marks a significant step forward in WJCM’s mission to deliver comprehensive, integrated wealth management solutions to clients across the country.
Founded over a decade ago, William Joseph Capital Management has grown to include more than 20 experienced advisors serving thousands of clients nationwide. With the addition of JMT Accounting and Wealth Services, WJCM further enhances its offering for affiliated Advisors — offering clients a seamless combination of investment management, financial planning, insurance, and now full-service tax and accounting support and family office services.

- Michael Tuohey CPA will serve as Vice President of the new division. In this role, Mike will lead tax strategy initiatives, bringing decades of experience in finance and operational leadership to the team.
Mike is an industry veteran with over thirty years of experience. He began his career in the mutual fund and brokerage operations side of the business. After a successful run serving in the role of CFO, CCO, and COO for several firms he struck out on his own and founded Prince & Tuohey CPAs.
His background in investments, coupled with his knowledge of tax and financial planning, broadens the expertise his clients receive. Mike is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, resides in Hot Springs, AR and is involved with numerous charitable organizations. He is a past Board member of the Arkansas Society of CPAs and the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce.
All employees of JMT Accounting and Family Services will be retained through the transition, ensuring continuity of service and deepening the combined firm’s expertise.
