Born in Albania, Ms. Xhaho immigrated to the United States in 2002. She pursued her nursing education with determination, first becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse, then advancing to a Registered Nurse. In 2022, she stepped into her current role as Assistant Director of Nursing at Tierra Pines Center, where she oversees operations within the secured Memory Care Unit. Her childhood caregiving experiences have fueled her dedication to elderly and memory care patients.
The 2024 Registered Nurse of the Year award spotlights Mrs. Xhaho’s exceptional passion and competence in long-term care.
