In her role as an NP, Sally is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients ranging from newborns to young adults in their early 20s. Her responsibilities include various procedures, including suturing and managing a diverse array of medical conditions, all while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic treatment plans. Sally is committed to implementing evidence-based practice guidelines that significantly enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Sally’s journey in nursing began with an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2000. Her dedication to education continued as she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004, followed by a Master of Science in Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Wright State University in 2010. In 2019, she obtained her post master certificate as a pediatric acute care nurse practitioner. Then, in 2021, Sally achieved her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Cincinnati, solidifying her commitment to advanced nursing practice. Most recently, she earned a Master’s Degree of Legal Studies from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2024, reflecting her growing interest in the medicolegal aspects of healthcare.
“I chose my specialty because I love learning and working with a variety of illnesses and disease processes, and I enjoy the higher acuity patients because of their complexity,” Sally explained.
As an active member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, and the American Association of Nurse Attorneys, Sally exemplifies a commitment to clinical excellence and professional advocacy. Recognized with the 2023 Ohio EMS Star of Life Award, she credits her success to her unwavering drive and a profound desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.
