As the first toasted barrel experiment in the category, the series launches with three distinctive expressions: French Medium, French Reserve Plus Plus, and American Medium.
Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, each expression is aged in 24-month naturally seasoned, toasted oak barrels using proprietary toasting techniques. This innovative process reveals a bold flavor spectrum of caramel, vanilla, roasted nuts, chocolate, and subtle smoke–all while preserving the vibrant agave character Paladar is known for.
