More than 200 tutors are being trained and skilled to use immersive technologies by the Manav Rachna Innovation and Incubation Foundation. Over the past few years, it has been observed that advanced technology has become a huge part of the education system. The recent technical tools are extremely influential on education. Over the past few years, everyone has witnessed the evolution of Virtual Reality (VR), Extended Reality (XR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Mixed Reality (MR). All of them play a great role in the education system that every educator needs to learn about.
These exceptional technological tools have the potential to remove the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world implementation. Previously, it has been seen that students went through a difficult time regarding implementing their knowledge in real-world scenarios. This happened just because they did not have the right method or education. If a student is bound to theoretical knowledge only, attaining success will be easier. However, with the help of advanced technology, education can be more fun and engaging for the students. Along with that, it can also reshape the education equipment and the whole system.
To achieve this, the first thing that needs to be done is increasing the knowledge and implementation of technologies among educators. If this particular segment is neglected, then achieving the desired result will be far away. For that reason, Manav Rachna, collaborating with the National Skill Development Corporation, KEDMAN Skilling, and EON Reality, has come together to implement all the advanced technological tools in the education system.
They are taking this initiative to enhance education and skill developing segment in all across India. Right now, Manav Rachna is participating in the new flagship initiative, which is known as NSDC World Skills Academy. With this initiative, a pilot project will be run among the faculty of Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies and Manav Rachna University. With the assistance of several course modules, the training would be done.
In this training program, it is coming to know that 36 skills will be taught. This will take place at the World Skills Academy, and it would be a certification program. This initiative has been taken only to empower the youth and build them for a better future. The skills will be relevant to different industries, which is one of the biggest requirements right now. It will lead students to become a part of all the global platforms, which will help them to attain more success in the future.
This initiative of the Manav Rachna Innovation and Incubation Foundation is now being implemented in many renowned institutes in the country. As of now, it is coming to be known that various education institutes like NASSCOM, IIT, and more than 30 other universities are willing to work on this. In addition to that, more than 750 creator licenses and 5000 student licenses have been given to all the institutions of the country for the fulfillment of this initiative. It can be said that the implementation of the technologies would be a successful inventiveness.
