WGI Philadelphia Regional Competition Comes to Council Rock South High School on March 1-2, 2025

This exciting event will feature over 50 talented teams from across the region and beyond, including several groups traveling from Canada as well as world class teams, showcasing their skill and creativity.

• Preliminaries: March 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Finals: March 2, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Location: Council Rock South High School, 2002 Rock Way, Southampton, PA 18966

This year’s competition will be especially exciting, with local favorites Council Rock South Winter Guard and Council Rock North Winter Guard both competing in the event. In addition to these teams, 53 other squads from around the region will display their talent, vying for top honors in this prestigious competition.

This event is the second-largest fundraising activity for the Council Rock South High School Marching Band, which supports its programs and activities. Funds raised during the event will benefit the band and help ensure the continued success of the high school’s music and performing arts programs.

The competition is open to everyone, and all are welcome to experience the thrilling performances of these extraordinary teams.

The Council Rock South Marching Band is a 3 time national championship and 6 time state championship winning team. Its color guard has brought home an array of awards and medals for the organization and continues to represent the Council Rock South music department with pride.
