(Isstories Editorial):- DC, Washington Dec 16, 2024 (Issuewire.com) – A new organization is focused on reducing the racial gap in coaching and helping Black coaches find their footing and maximize their careers. The goal of the International Black Coaches Alliance (IBCA) is to promote professional coaching excellence, empower Black coaches across the globe, and elevate representation while expanding access to highly skilled and professional Black coaches.

Here is the IBCA’s mission:

  • Provide community, collaboration, mentorship, and developmental resources to support coaches in building successful careers.
  • Empower coaches through continuing coach education and skill-building, certification programs, and leadership development.
