More on Isstories:

One group, who started in 2021 by a player named Christopher Maza, incorporates pickleball with breakfast and calls themselves the Lilac Pickleball Breakfast Club. Lilac is one of the parks in Palm Beach Gardens that boasts 24 pickleball courts and is seemingly always busy.

The group is so unrelenting about playing pickleball, you can find them playing between the drops of rain that fall on stormy days.  They even showed up during the most recent Hurricane Milton to play pickleball whenever there was a break in the rain.

“Groups like this are popping up all over the U.S.,” said Carl Foster, host of the nationally syndicated TV show, Inside World Pickleball. “The sport continues to grow even after the big explosion during Covid,” continued Foster.

Palm Beach Gardens is just a very small sample of the magnetism and lure of pickleball. Pickleball is continuing its unprecedented growth and already has more players than golf and tennis.  Based on these numbers, It is safe to say that pickleball is here to stay, and is now continuing to grow in the same manner in many countries worldwide.
