Embarking on her educational journey, Dr. Cha graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada in 1993, Subsequently, she obtained her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the New England College of Optometry in 1997.
On a professional level, Dr. Cha is an active member of both the American Optometric Association and the Connecticut Association of Optometrists.
