Buying their first home ignited Kris’ interest and passion for real estate, and in 1997, they purchased their first investment property. Since then, they have purchased and sold many properties, gaining experience in foreclosures, house flipping, rehabbing, staging, property management, and creative financing…and much patience along the way.

Prior to embarking on her journey as a realtor, Kris spent 19 years in sales and marketing with Clear Channel Radio (now iHeartRadio). That was a rewarding chapter in her life, providing her with extensive experience and fostering valuable connections within the business community.
