David Craven
Born and raised in Wolverton, United Kingdom, David’s talent for real estate marketing and sales stems from his diverse background.
Initially trained as an engineer at Wolverton University, David achieved recognition as Engineer of the Year in the United Kingdom before turning 21. His adventurous spirit led him to Miami, Florida, where he co-owned Creech Brothers Construction, building mainly in the Kendal area. Additionally, he ventured into the Scuba/Dive Operation business in Tavernier, Florida, reveling in the beauty of the Florida Keys.
Transitioning from engineering, building, and construction to sales, David became the Director of Sales at Brookman-Fels, a luxury custom home builder. His tenure there was marked by multiple prestigious awards, including Fame, Pinnacle, Aurora, and America’s Best Builder. Notably, he was named one of South Florida’s 40 Under 40 Most Likely to Succeed.
Accepting an offer from Burg and Silvester Builders in Palm Beach Gardens to assume the role of Director of Sales, David moved his family to Palm Beach County. During his time with Burg and Silvester, he was again recognized by his community, winning the GCBA Builder of the Year Palm Beach County Award.
Subsequently, David assumed the prestigious position of Director of Sales for Jack Nickaus at the ultra-exclusive The Bear’s Club in Jupiter. Over the next 7 years, he oversaw the sale of $300 million in sales to a discerning clientele that included professional athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, as well as stage and television actors, prioritizing client privacy and security.
After this, David re-entered the Palm Beaches residential sales market, partnering with William Raveis Real Estate for their luxury marketing expertise.
Outside of work, David prioritizes family, particularly his daughter Isabella, and sports, notably soccer. He is a huge fan of the Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, more affectionately known as the Wolves.
Active within his community, David serves as the Executive President of the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association and as Director of TOPS soccer for special needs children. Additionally, he contributes as a Board member of the Palm Beach Gardens Predators Soccer Club.
Johnna Weiss
A native of West Virginia, Johnna attended the University of Charleston, earning a Degree in Interior Design, before moving to Buffalo, New York with her boyfriend, Billy, whom she later married in 1999. From 1993 to 2002, she worked at the West Herr Automotive Group, where she started as a sales consultant and was eventually promoted to finance manager. This experience allowed her to gain extensive customer service skills that she now applies to her real estate career.
In 2002, Johnna and her husband welcomed their daughter, Sarah, who was born prematurely and spent nine weeks in the NICU. Johnna was fortunate enough to be able to stay at home and care for her during her early years. In 2006, the family moved from Buffalo to West Palm Beach, Florida.
After settling in West Palm Beach, Johnna became highly involved at The Benjamin School, where her daughter Sarah attended from pre-K onwards. She dedicated her time as a volunteer in the classroom, coordinated projects, assisted with the BASH fund-raiser, and acted as a grade liaison for four years.
In terms of her professional background, Johnna embarked on an 11-year journey as a licensed realtor with Platinum Properties and Royal Key Realty. However, in January 2021, she joined William Raveis Real Estate and together with David Craven, formed The Craven & Weiss Group.
As empty nesters, Johnna and Billy spend their time pursuing hobbies and actively participating in volunteer work, particularly supporting the Susan G. Komen South Florida Race for the Cure/More Than Pink Walk. Since 2019, Johnna has been walking, raising money, and soliciting auction items for the event. Her commitment and personal connection as a breast cancer survivor have driven her to excel, earning her recognition as a top fundraiser in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, as she passionately supports others facing similar challenges.
