Since 1993, he has been an integral part of Keller Williams Realty, excelling in both residential and commercial real estate, including business brokerage. Currently, Tarit holds dual roles as the Director of Commercial Real Estate at KW Commercial Texas Gulf and as a Broker Associate in the Residential Division at Keller Williams Memorial. Starting his journey in New York City in 1971, Tarit later relocated to Houston in 1975. In the early 1980s, he received his Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and briefly ventured to Saudi Arabia to contribute his expertise to a township project. By the mid-80s, he had acquired his real estate broker’s license and began his part-time involvement in the field, culminating in a full-time transition in 1993.
In 2007, Tarit founded his own architectural firm, Archicon Services, Inc. Leveraging his artistic abilities, imagination, and Real Estate, and Construction knowledge, he guides clients in manifesting their dream home and ideal commercial Real Estate Developments.
Following conceptual design completion in the United States by Tarit, he collaborates with a partner in Kolkata, India. This partnership ensures seamless execution of drafting processes, with Tarit’s Kolkata counterpart overseeing operations to ensure professional, efficient, and timely delivery. The Kolkata office boasts abundant manpower, capable of managing significant and concurrent projects with utmost proficiency.
