During the summer of 2023, Charlie enhanced his skills through an internship at Clarity Commercial’s corporate office, where he played a pivotal role in supporting the management of a diverse commercial portfolio. In December of that same year, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Property Management, with a Minor in Business Administration with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Prior to his current position at Cushman & Wakefield, Charlie gained extensive customer service experience during his seven-year tenure in the restaurant industry. Additionally, he has approximately one year of hands-on experience in home remodeling and reconstruction.
Demonstrating his commitment to professional development, Charlie actively serves as Co-President of the IREM Student Club since fall 2022, alongside his certification as a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional.
