Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Tavia started her real estate journey there, gaining two years of valuable experience before making the move to Maine in 2018.

In 2019, Tavia started working part-time in Maine, but when the COVID-19 pandemic led to the elimination of her non-profit job, she seized the opportunity to transition to a full-time agent. From March to November 2021, she assisted an impressive 24 buyers and sellers in navigating the real estate market, achieving swift success for her clients in a highly competitive environment.
