More on Isstories:

His esteemed medical career began with the attainment of a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 1997. Despite receiving multiple residency offers, Dr. Hash chose to further his training and focus on neurology. After practicing in private settings, he recognized a passion for teaching and pursued it, eventually finding an ideal opportunity at the VA Hospital.

Driven by a desire to contribute to medical education, Dr. Hash’s decision to work at the VA Hospital aligned perfectly with his goals, especially given his father’s long standing career as a retired doctor in the same institution.

To remain abreast of his industry, Dr. Hash maintains professional membership with the American Society of Neuroradiology and the American Head and Neck Society.

Neuroradiology is a subspecialty of radiology focusing on the diagnosis and characterization of abnormalities of the central and peripheral nervous system, spine, and head and neck using neuroimaging techniques. Neuroradiologists are doctors who focus on diagnosing conditions of the spine, neck, head, and central nervous system. They use medical equipment, such as computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging machines, to identify problems.

Outside of his primary roles, Dr. Hash enjoys spending quality time with his two daughters. Each day, he aims to teach them to be charitable to those people who are not fortunate enough to get the things that they need.

Looking toward the future, Dr. Hash hopes for his children to live healthy and happily.
