Having always considered Southwest Michigan her home, Gretchen spent a significant part of her childhood and high school years in the Saint Joseph area. Her passion for real estate has been a constant throughout her life. At the tender age of 12, with her parents’ assistance, she acquired her first investment property for $19,000!
In 2007, Gretchen graduated with distinction from Indiana University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Public Relations. After living in California and Germany for seven years, she returned to Southwest Michigan in 2014.
Over the years, Gretchen has demonstrated her expertise by successfully managing rental properties, renovating a century-old farmhouse, remodeling a mid-century home in Germany, and overseeing the completion of her family’s investment property in Aruba.
Deeply committed to the local community, Gretchen actively engages in communication and event planning. She founded the group, Berrien County Strong-Community in Action, and serves on the boards of various non-profit organizations in Southwest Michigan.
