In the spring of 2013, she assumed a multitude of roles at Gary Doss & Associates, serving as the marketing director, transaction coordinator, closing coordinator, and a vital support pillar. Progressing in her career, she seamlessly transitioned into the role of an agent, joining Gary Doss and Compass SoCal Resorts Group. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, Connie was raised in Boyle Heights. From a young age, she developed a desire to reside in a small mountain town, which was influenced by her experiences at the YMCA summer camp and her family’s enthusiasm for camping trips.

In addition to these roles, she has engaged in team-building activities through Loadstone Adventures and SOAR, worked as an Archery Instructor, and even ventured into crafting hula hoops. Presently, she volunteers with the United States Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC), specializing in teaching blind children how to ski.
As part of her professional connections in the real estate realm, Connie holds a prestigious membership in both the Big Bear Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Connie finds fulfillment in creating music, actively participating in her community, and watching people light up when they speak about their own passions. She attributes her achievements to her innate desire to assist others, a value instilled in her by her hardworking and humble parents. She also recognizes the unwavering support of her husband as a significant factor in her success.
