He holds numerous professional licenses, certifications, and designations such as a Florida Class A unlimited General Contractor License, a Real-Estate License, and an Inspector License, demonstrating his experience and expertise covering all facets of the industry.
His extensive background as vice president of construction and real-estate development for a multinational, equity development firm has enabled him to leverage his expert knowledge to serve various project types in the commercial, healthcare, and governmental arenas.
As a Florida Native, Casey highly recommends the Tampa Bay area due to their renowned beaches, professional sports teams, fairgrounds, prestigious universities, and abundant sunshine. As a testament to his professionalism and dedication to community-driven initiatives, Casey actively serves on a number of appointed and elected boards, and advisory committees; the most notable of which, as a Fire Commissioner of the Palm Harbor Fire Department, where he has proudly served since 2016.
