He then went on to earn his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in 1978, after which he performed his residency in emergency medicine at Cooper Medical Center in 1979.
A Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Bragan is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). The ABEM is one of 24 medical specialty certification boards recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
