More on Isstories:

A native Philadelphian, Scott knows the city, surrounding areas, and hidden gems throughout as well as anyone. He prides himself on cultivating and maintaining relationships, earning trust, and most importantly, keeping clients comfortable during the home buying/selling process.

Known for his ability to build strong relationships, he excels as a proficient leader in negotiation and customer service. These skills enable him to provide exceptional support and guidance to his clients throughout their real estate journey.

Between 1989 and 1994, Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University. He then spent over 30 years developing his brand of customer service, working tirelessly behind the scenes for some of Philadelphia’s most prominent professional athletes (including the NBA-76ers), coaches, and sports executives.

After deciding to pursue his long-standing dream of helping individuals achieve their real estate objectives, Scott embarked on this new journey in early 2023, transitioning into the real estate field.

Stemming from his background in professional sports, he is no stranger to fast-paced high-pressure situations. Handling negotiations with a strong calming presence always ensures the best outcome for his clients.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), Scott remains actively involved in the real estate community. These affiliations allow him to stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide his clients with the most current and relevant information.

His commitment to continuous growth and learning is evident through his authorship of two books: “Selling Secrets you can’t Afford to Miss” and “Buying Secrets.” These publications serve as valuable resources for individuals looking to navigate the real estate market effectively.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Scott is currently working on a passion project: a podcast set to be released. This project will allow him to further express his interests and connect with a wider audience.

With an exemplary work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others, Scott consistently goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. His strong values of integrity and dedication are deeply rooted in his personal and professional life. His true passion lies in his family, consisting of his wife and two children, who serve as his ultimate motivation.

Taking each step from start to close with clients and going on the journey with them is what drew Scott to real estate. It provides him with the ultimate servant leadership experience, and he goes above and beyond to exceed anyone’s expectations, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
