AFI won the Gold Award in the construction category, so it has been awarded the landmark RoSPA Gold Medal presented to those organisations which have achieved five to nine consecutive Gold Awards. AFI first won the RoSPA Gold Medal in 2019 for five consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards.
The RoSPA Awards scheme, which receives entries from organisations worldwide, recognises achievement in health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.

The programme recognises organisations’ commitment to continuous improvement in preventing accidents and ill health at work, looking at entrants’ overarching health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
