Before embarking on her professional journey, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Science and a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry.
In addition to her work in primary care optometry, Dr. Chriqui has co-managed Lasik procedures for over 15 years and only works with the most experienced surgeons who use state-of-the-art technology.
She is also certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents, Lacrimal Dilation and Irrigation, and Glaucoma.
On a professional level, she is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, the Los Angeles County Optometric Society, and the San Fernando Valley Optometric Society.
Before settling in the San Fernando Valley, Dr. Chriqui practiced optometry in Beverly Hills for a decade. She also worked as a staff doctor at the Southern California College of Optometry and has been on staff at Cedar Sinai Medical Center for more than 25 years.
In addition to her professional achievements, she is also known for her commitment to the community. Since starting her practice in the Chatsworth and Northridge area, she has formed strong ties to the community and has become involved with local Chambers of Commerce.
